Please find below some answers to our most asked questions:

 

How much does a custom designed item cost?

This price for bespoke items varies on each item. The price is impacted by things like: Metal Weight, Diamond Weight, Diamond Count, Metal Purity, Complexity amongst other things. All items are hand made so we must always allow for some variation on the specifications generated on our computer generated designs. For this reason we are unable to give exact quotes on items and will only provide a provisional quote until the item has been made and finalised. But don't worry, almost 100% of the time the final price comes in on budget or under!

 

Which metals do you offer?

For custom designs we able to manufacture in 9ct, 14ct, 18ct (Yellow, White & Rose) and Platinum. Palladium is available for wedding bands. When ordering products online, the metals available are listed on the product's description.

 

Do you accept deposits?

We require a 75% deposit to hold items which must be paid in store, the remaining balance must be paid within 4 weeks of the first payment. After this time, the item will be returned to stock and a re-stocking fee applied.  Custom items also require 75% of the quote before any work will commence. To discuss the "Pay-In-Stages" scheme please contact the showroom for more information.

Do you offer Finance on items of jewellery?

We do not offer finance however we are willing to work with third party finance companies if this is something you would like to arrange prior to purchasing with us. 

I've left a deposit, can I cancel and get a refund?

All deposits are non refundable for custom items. Items from stock, that have been unaltered we can offer store credit within 30 days of payment.

Any custom pieces or stock items with work already undertaken are non refundable.

 

I'm running a bit late, can you stay open a bit longer?

For security reasons, we are unable to stay later then 5pm on a weekday or 4pm on a Saturday.

 

I have a broken item of jewellery bought elsewhere, can you repair it?

 

Unfortunately not, we only carry out repairs on damaged items that were bought from us. 

 

I cannot come to collect my item, can a family or friend come to collect my item?

No. Due to the high value and sentimentality of jewellery, the items must be collected by you, unless agreed with management in writing. (If agreed, then the person collecting must bring a form of ID, Passport or driving license, and this must match the name given by you). We reserve the right to refuse collection by anyone other than the account holder.

 

Do you buy jewellery back?

 

We do not sell second hand items so any items bought back will be done so at the scrap price. If you'd like to discuss alternative options please contact us in store. 

 

Do you ship to outside of UK?

We currently ship to UK and Northern Ireland. If you require International postage, please contact our sales team for pricing before purchase.

 

Is there parking?

Whilst there is no dedicated parking for our premises, there is street parking with payment meters available, or a multi-story NCP car park within 3 minute walk. More information can be found here:
