Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns – All of our online items are made bespoke, so due to this reason we do not accept returns. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised, or otherwise altered.

All our Gold and diamond jewellery comes with 30 days warranty covering against any manufacturer defects. Any manufacturer defects would be apparent within this time. For any manufacturing defects, we have jewellers on site that can repair or if necessary, replace the item. If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturer issue or for ring sizing, you must first contact our sales team at sales@giggys.co.uk and obtain authorization from our returns department.

After the 30-day warranty period, we offer repair services at nominal pricing. Shipping is not covered under warranty.

Damages caused by excessive wear-and-tear & /or physical abuse are not covered under warranty.

Under no circumstances can we accept returns of earrings. This is in the interest of hygiene and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Refunds - On the rare occasion an order cannot be fulfilled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds must be credited to the original payment method and may take 2-3 days to process.

Shipping - Returns must be sent Via Royal mail, Fed Ex or DHL and must be fully insured to cover the value of the item/s. - We will cover your return shipping cost if you are returning an item due to a manufacturing issue and if this is within the 30 days as mentioned in the ‘Returns’ section.

You must be aware that Giggy Jewellery does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any items being returned to us via post.
